I'm Here!

I made it!

Here I am, in my lovely, ugly, home away from home.

It is raining, I am writing from my laptop in a Starbucks, my dear sweetie is next to me, and I couldn't be happier.

Sorry, no photos to share yet.  So far all I have really done is go to a pub for dinner, enjoy Heath Ledger's deliciously frightening antics in Dark Knight, and try to convince my body that it is in a different time zone.
