Meet Crissy Herron, founder and creator of IndieBizChicks.com, a business that offers marketing tools and advice for "women who would rather work for themselves than work for the man."  I came across Crissy through twitter, and immediately noticed the value in her advice.  As people are loosing jobs around the world, her words couldn't come at a better time.
